Decided to set some lines even with the cold water and caught 4 channel about 3 lbs on green sunfish and chicken liver. Also had several good bites on rod and reel but was too far away from the pole when they happened. My water temp is the warmest i found and it was about 1.5 ft of water so I think this site has a bit more tuning to do with their water temp feature.

It is if the lake is still in winter mode. Every time they start biting cold temperatures come and bring everything to a stand still.
