With the water temperature from 88 to 90 degrees during the day it makes the bit really slow. In result you need to be fishing shallow in shade for bass and catfish right as the sun is coming up until 8 AM then you need to switch to deeper water patterns until the sun is going down so the water can cool off.

caught a few largemouth keepers on June 25th. the largest was a little over 3 lbs. All caught off a sexy shad crank bait. im not sure about the location. was in alot off woods just right off the boat dock we used.

Trolled 66 bridge in the afternoon 5-18 . Significant white bass schooling on the south side along the riprap in 5-12ft water. Boated 25 whites and 4 large mouth in about 3hrs.
