the bass fishing in the lake is great there is very little fishing pressure from other fishermen.The lake is a very shallow lake with a depth of 30ft max.I\'ve found that fishing the shore lines and weedbeds of the lake you will get the best results by using plastic worms,shallow crankbaits and spinner baits.My largest bass i caught was 5 1/2lbs bass caught on a spinnerbait.

Haven\'t caught any walleye in over a month. Everyone is complaining and moving to other lakes to fish. Anyone know why walleye shut down after first ice and go hide the rest of the winter?

This is a report of one of my 2012 summer fishing expeditions. I caught with my friend 10 Northern Pike, he caught 1 good size Walleye(Ive never caught one), and a few largemouth bass. I however towrds the end of the trip caught a 41 inch northern pike. Great fishing but the lake needs some more species.
