Ihave been fishing quabbin exclusively for 5 yrs during the spring when the water temp gets up to apprx.58 degrees the smallies will be up shallow the big uns move up first, they will be eating red shad lizards on a standup jighead. Largemouths will be crusing the drops and will hammer suspending jerkbaits, be sure to pause the bait for a few seconds on the retrieve, and hold on. There he is, its a giant. Tight lines to all, please let the big uns. Go take a picture. Nice, thanks.
