We fished the lake last Sat. morning 8/29/09 and the surface temp was at 88* on the south end. Caught 2 bass @17 3/4 and one @ 18 and a smallie @ 15in. Oh, I did catch a 4lb flathead if that counts!!

This lake is no longer open to the public. A local coal mine purchased the lake and uses the water for their purposes. What a bummer.
