Table Rock Lake: While the lake boasts an abundance of bass, crappie, white bass, catfish, and bluegill, Table Rock Lake is acclaimed as one of the best bass fishing lakes in this hemisphere. It\'s reputation for producing hefty stringers of bass laced with lunkers was earned through an unprecedented management program. A 15-inch length limit and creel limit of six fish linked with an abundant food chain in the lake, is the foundation of this fine program. The result is a resurgence of large numbers of largemouth, Kentucky and smallmouth bass of exceptional size available anytime of the year for the professional and novice angler alike. Species: General
Fishing Rating: 2
Water Temperature: 44
Water temp was cool on the main body with little to no action on jerking, spinners, or wiggle warts. Temp was much better up to 50 degrees south on the Arkansas border. Fished coves there and boated two small black bass on a chartreuse spinner. Did some crappie jigging as well but didn\'t catch any.

- shaky head craw and jigs
Largemouth Bass Tips for Current Conditions (automated):
Largemouth bass fishing is in full spawn now the water temperature has climbed up to 64 degrees. The large female bass will be on the beds and holding tight. Spawning bass won't be feeding aggressively at this water temperature but they will be catchable. In addition, all bass don't spawn at the exact same time or water temperature. If you aren't a site fisherman, you should be able to find some larger females and male largemouth on the standard spring patterns. Female bass will really start to slow down on feeding so fishing is going to be slower for a few weeks until they move into active patterns again.

Crappie Tips for Current Conditions (automated):
The crappie spawn should be really heating up now. Crappie prefers to spawn on gravel bottom typically with brush and/or emergent vegetation for cover. If the lake is void of gravel bottoms, find the rocks or rip rap. Crappie will use the larger structure rocks for cover. Cast some small grub baits in the shallows looking for the spawning crappie. Good luck today!

- I have been destroying walleye under docks with a 1 oz. spoon about 1-2 feet from the bottom of the lake.
Walleye Tips for Current Conditions (automated):
This is the water temperature of choice for walleye. They are feeding well and moving in patterns that should be fairly easy to pick up and capitalize on today. Baitfish are not at the peak of activity but they will be in good supply in the deeper water. The lake is really turning on this time of year and the fish should be biting well.

Current Lunar Fishing Tip:
The crescent moon will have better gravitational pull than a gibbous or half moon. However the affects of the moons gravitational will be decreased since the sun and moon aren't pulling in conjunction with one another.
