Lake Lida Largemouth Bass Tips: [ Add Tip ]
- They typically like the blue with gold and blue glitter senkos. Also a light green 4 inch texas rigged tube with a 1/16oz sinker. Sexy shad color of the strike king red eye shad works great. The muskrats also like to spit horse puke out their buts at your belly button. Be aware of the 1 foot long leech me and my dad saw one time in 30 feet of water. biggest bass caught on this lake by me, 5lbs 14oz. cows come to the surface and tip boats. if you drink the water your eyesight will turn purple and your legs will turn into octapus tenticals. Do not get frustrated if northern pike attack the red eye shad. Many times when you are hauling them in, they will flip and shake until the hook comes out and lashes at your head impailing the treble hook barb deep into your skull. All i can say is good luck you salt licking zebras.

Lake Lida Crappie Tips: [ Add Tip ]
Crappie Tips for Current Conditions (automated):
Crappie fishing is sometimes at its best with the water temperature down this low. Crappie will be in large schools and follow the large shad schools around in extremely deep water. Find the deepest parts of your lake in old river channels and scan your graph for schooling shad. When you find the school, drop your plastics or live bait down to the bottom of the shad and get ready. Many crappie fishermen will be catching awesome numbers and size of fish this time of year. If you are brave enough to get out on the water this time when the water temperature is this cold, it can really pay off. Be careful out there, remember to boat safely. Never take any chances at these temperatures.

Walleye Tips for Current Conditions (automated):
Walleye function very well in the colder water temperatures. Try fishing some open flats and definitely use live bait when the water temperature is this low. Plastics with scent added will also produce results, but nothing beats live bait for walleye.

Catfish Tips for Current Conditions (automated):
The catfish family comprises of blue catfish, flathead catfish and channel catfish. Since catfish are warm water fish, they arenít going to be very active in this water temperature. They will still be feeding, but catfish will only be found very deep and feeding very slowly. Your best bet is give some of the more active fish species in your lake a shot until the cats are active again.

Lake Lida Solar and Lunar Conditions
Current Lunar Fishing Tip:
The crescent moon will have better gravitational pull than a gibbous or half moon. However the affects of the moons gravitational will be decreased since the sun and moon aren't pulling in conjunction with one another. It's time to pay close attention to the other fishing factors in the weather to make the best decision for hitting the water.
